I'm Mandy Green and I've got over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Leadership Coach, trainer and Chief Exec. I know the development journey inside out as I've had to understand and deal with my own limiting beliefs along the way.

I spent 10 years as the MD of a group of training centres and I carried the burden of feeling like an imposter at times despite others saying how great I was at my job. It was only after I quit to focus on Leadership Development that I truly learned the lessons.
I wish I'd known then what I know now and I want to make sure that you're equipped with the tools that really work. We coach and teach best what we've learned ourselves.
